Setting scheduling preferences
You can set default durations, priorities, and alarms for your calls, meetings, and to-do activities. To set your scheduling preferences:
- From the Edit menu, choose Preferences. The Preferences dialog box appears.
- Tap the Scheduling tab.
- In the Activity Defaults group box, select default settings for Calls, Meetings, or To-do's.
- Select any or all of the options in the Automatically Roll Over group box.
- (Optional) Select the Enable Activity Conflict Checking option.
- (Optional) Select the Default Activities to Public option.
